We arrived in Brisbane on the 12th, and were glad we packed some summer clothes. Saw a lizard, 2 dead cane toads & some crows. Natasha is cool, really likes to talk, we would chat a lot but mostly in circles. I think she will be a rock 'n' roll star when she grows. Spent some time in the city catching up with Auntie Tania & Cousin Brodey, very nice to see them again. Ferry hopped across the brisbane river to enjoy vistas of haze wrapped CBD. Haze was from bush-fires in sunshine coast. Friday night bbq at Jonathan & Violetta's where we were staying. Uncle Steve, Auntie Val & Cousin Matt were in attendance, great to see them too. Rest of weekend was filled with sun-soaking & relaxing. Monday morning we said our goodbye's and headed to the airport.
